Enfants d’Asie strengthens its commitments with two new solidarity partnerships
For 35 years, Enfants d’Asie has been developing initiatives to promote education and the well-being of children and their families in Laos, Vietnam, the Philippines and Cambodia. True to its mission, the association relies on long-term partnerships with committed stakeholders who are able to mobilise their communities around international solidarity.
Recently, Enfants d’Asie formalised two new partnerships, illustrating complementary forms of engagement: Maison Bailly, which combines contemporary art and philanthropy, and Expat Communication, which specialises in intercultural support for expatriates.
Maison Bailly: when contemporary art supports major causes
Maison Bailly is a social enterprise that brings together artists and collectors around art and social engagement. Its model is based on a clear principle: providing long-term funding for humanitarian organisations through the sale of contemporary artworks.
In its first year of operation, Maison Bailly organised an exhibition and private sale featuring around forty works by international artists. The distribution of sales reflects its commitment: 50% of the proceeds are donated to the supported associations, 30% goes to the artists and 20% enables Maison Bailly to continue its mission. This model aims to offer long-term support to partner associations, enabling them to anticipate and plan their actions over the long term.
The choice of Enfants d’Asie is rooted in a long-standing relationship of trust. The association had already been supported by the family of Maison Bailly’s founder for many years, notably through child sponsorship. This personal connection, combined with the relevance and transparency of Enfants d’Asie’s actions, naturally led to this partnership.

Expat Communication: mobilising expatriate communities around solidarity
Another recent partnership: Expat Communication, an organisation founded in 2001 and recognised for its expertise in providing human, professional and intercultural support to expatriates, their families and international teams.
This partnership arose from an observation shared by many expatriates in Southeast Asia: despite rapid economic growth, social inequalities remain significant, particularly in terms of access to education. Enfants d’Asie works precisely in these contexts, developing locally-based educational and social programmes.
Expat Communication is committed to promoting Children Of Asia’s work to its communities via its platforms, newsletters and social networks, and to supporting child sponsorship, a program that funds collective initiatives while creating a direct link between the sponsor, the child and their family.

Complementary partnerships serving the mission of Enfants d’Asie
Although very different in their approaches, Maison Bailly and Expat Communication share the same vision: to embed solidarity over the long term and enable everyone – artists, collectors, expatriates, or companies – to engage in a concrete and responsible way.
These two partnerships illustrate Enfants d’Asie’s desire to diversify its methods of support while remaining faithful to its founding values: working closely with children, strengthening local communities and providing sustainable solutions.
